Privacy, rights & takedown

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• Images you upload or capture with the extension, the page URL and title you choose to save, and the recipes generated from them.
• Basic usage events (for example “recipe copied”) without image or prompt content.

The extension captures the visible part of the current tab only when you click Capture, shows you a preview, and uploads it only when you click Save. It does not read your browsing history, monitor other tabs or run in the background.

AI processing

When you click Generate recipe, the image is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the analysis. Images are stored privately and are only visible to you through short-lived links. Avoid capturing personal information that is visible on screen.

Pinterest connection

Discover → Inspiration can show pins from your own Pinterest account. Nothing is read until you click Connect Pinterest and allow access on Pinterest's own consent screen.

• Access is read-only (pins:read, boards:read, user_accounts:read): we read your public boards, the pins on them and your username. We never post, save, edit or delete anything on Pinterest.
• We use the official Pinterest API only, and never scrape pinterest.com.
• Pin images are shown directly from Pinterest and always link back to the pin. We don't copy or store them, and we don't use them to train AI models.
• Your Pinterest access token is stored only on our server, is never sent to your browser, and is used only to load your Inspiration results.
• Click Disconnect on the Inspiration tab to delete the stored token right away. You can also remove Avdo from your Pinterest account settings at any time.

Deletion

Deleting an ad removes the stored image and its recipes. Removing a saved sample removes your recipe for it.

Disclaimer

Recipes are AI-generated proposals based on what is visible. They do not reveal the original creator's prompts, tools, performance or targeting. Use them to make original work; you are responsible for respecting trademarks, copyright and the rights of people depicted.

Discover only shows creatives we own or are licensed to display, with attribution. If you believe content here infringes your rights, contact takedown@adrecipe.example (placeholder — replace before launch) with the item URL and proof of ownership. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
